Glenda, a native of El Salvador, is a passionate customer service specialist, with over 15
years of experience working in hospitality. Glenda earned her Bachelor’s degree of Hospitality
Management, at Universidad Francisco Gavidia in El Salvador, as well as a certificate in
Professional Sales at BYU-Idaho University. With her experience she has built strong skills
in E-commerce and Revenue Management. In her spare time, she loves spending time with
her family, as well as swimming and classical music.
